RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At La Famille Beaulieu Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item isn't right for you, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Sale, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless stated otherwise.
How to Start a Return
Email us at aide@lafamillebeaulieuparis.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
